HAIR STYLISTS

 

Dean Carlson - Manager/Senior Stylist

Graduated from Marvel College and has been in the hair industry since '89. Has been small salon owner, manager of Swizzle Sticks for 16 years and a color educator for Matrix and Aveda. Received training all over Canada and North America. These experiences helped hone his technical skills to ensure accurate results, to meet his clients needs. 


Kara Shwets - Senior Stylist


Fatima Huezo - Senior Stylist

Graduated from Eveline Charles Academy, worked in the hair industry for over 5 years. Collaborated with Edmonton Fashion Week, SEE, Metro and The Vue for various hair artistry and photo shoots. Extensive color training, specializing in men/women cut and color.


Jenn Wills - Men's Hair Care Specialist

Graduated Marvel College, has been with The Board Room since early 2010. She recognized early in her training a passion for hair cutting specifically. Also trained in the Vidal Sassoon cutting technique. 

 

Marghie Zanuttini - Senior Stylist

Cindy Schuster - Certified Laser Technician/Esthetician

Graduated The European Institute of Esthetics in 2009, received her laser certification through CLARION Medical, trained with ENVIRON skin care. Has been with The Board Room since early 2010.

 

Rana Fedun - Certified Esthetician 

Graduated from MARVEL College in February 2010, trained with ENVIRON skin care.

 

MASSAGE THERAPIST

 

Andrea K.  - Registered Massage Therapist

Andrea has been practicing massage therapy since 2005, she graduated from the Edmonton  College of Swedish Massage. She is fully trained in deep tissue, relaxation and pregnancy massage as well as lymphatic drainage. She also has extensive experience working with sports injuries, TMJ, tendinitis and carpal tunnel. 

 

Laya Brochu  - Registered Massage Therapist

Laya graduated from Grant MacEwan University with a diploma in holistic health and massage therapy. She is a registered massage therapist and has been trained in relaxation, therapeutic and hot stone massage.
